Tour 20: Scotland & Lakes

Explore Scotland with it's rugged and wild landscapes, tranquil lochs with their pure water reflecting the moutains.We give you a chance to explore and see what inspired the likes of Lord Bryron and Robert Louis Stevenson.

We can provide you with our Scottish Tour or you may wish to ammend it to go to the places you wish to visit.

DAY 1 From London we travel to Newcastle for our first night stop.

DAY 2 After an optional visit to Alnwick Castle we go on to Edinburgh we stay here for our second and third night stops.

Day 3 Explorer day in Edinburgh.

DAY 4 We head on to our next destination St Andrews where we stop for our fourth night.

Day 5 Drive on to Royal Dee side and Braemar, Balmoral Castle after a break here we travel to for our first whiskey tasting, then on Huntley for our fifth night stop.

DAY 6 Today we get to taste some Malt Whisky from two local distilleries on our way to Pitlochry for our sixth night.

DAY 7 Drive though Perth on our way down to Glasgow for a two-night stopover.

Those of us on the 7-day option we say farewell.

DAY 8 Sightseeing day in Glasgow.

DAY 9 Leave for Kilmarnock on Our way to Dumfries for our last night stop before heading for home.

DAY 10 We head for home unless you have opted for the extra four days in The Lake District.
