Situated on the River Avon, Stratford is a charming market town, set in the heart of rural England, and is the birthplace of William Shakespeare - the greatest writer in the English language. Discover where he was born and grew up. Where he gained his inspiration for his work perhaps, even where he enjoyed his ale!

See the Royal Shakespeare Company’s renowned theatre, overlooking the river, which winds its way past Holy Trinity Church where Shakespeare is buried. Our tour will take you out to the cottage of Anne Hathaway, whom the writer married in 1582.

You can stay as long as you wish or leave mid – afternoon. We will then have time to drive you through the countryside of Warwick Royal Leamington Spa, Southam, and much more on our homeward journey.
