BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TM Chauffeur Service Shall hereafter be known as "The Company"
The person or organization whose name on behalf of confirmed booking has been received, or whose acceptance of the terms set out below is taken by booking The Company's services, shall be known as " The Hirer ".
All charges are payable in advance except where a hirer has agreed a 14 day credit account.The Company reserve the right to charge daily interest @ 5% over bank rate on all overdue accounts until paid in full Plus a 3% surcharge for credit card payment.
All bookings must be confirmed by The Company before being accepted as an actual booking for all Hires of Chauffeurs,cars, coaches and Blue Guides.
Our Chauffeurs have the responsibly for the safety of passengers and are authorized to refuse any duty they consider might prejudice the safety or well-being of the passengers, ours / your vehicle or themselves.
No responsibility whatsoever can be accepted by The Company for any adverse weather conditions ( e.g. Fog, Ice, Snow, Flooding, Storms etc. ) or for unusual traffic conditions, which may cause delay to journey times or tours being cancelled.
Whilst every effort is made by The Company to ensure the serviceability of all vehicles, no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, material, tyre or electrical breakdown however caused. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, or accident The Company will make effort for immediate repair or try to get replacement vehicle, ( I.E. sub contractor ) so that The Hirer's journey or tour can continue.
N.B. In the event of eventualities covered by clauses above no responsibility will be accepted for consequential losses, missed connections, missed appointments, hotel bookings or any other claim however caused.
Smoking is not permitted inside The Company vehicle. Failure to comply with this clause or any other (i.e. Chauffeur abuse) unruly behaviour could result to immediate termination of the contract hire.
The Company does not accept responsibility for any items or valuables left in our, or your vehicles by the hirer or guests of the Hirer. All items and valuables are left at the hires own risk. No compensation can be negotiated.
Hotel, Chauffeur overnight stops / food, Parking, ferry and toll charges are not included in our rates and will be charged to The Hirer before the tour commences.
The cost of rectifying damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers/hirer and any lost trade arising as a result, will be charged to The Hirer. This will where possible be advised at the end of the Journey hire.
The Company reserve the right to invoice payment in full for cancellations by The Hirer as follows Overnight tour hotel cancellations 40 days 50% and 30 days or less full price of hotel and tour plus any other expenses paid out on behalf of the hirer by The Company.
